Processing, times and shipping

All orders are processed within 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All standard shipping packages can take from 1-2 weeks Australia-wide. 1-3 weeks international. For more information see AusPost delivery times.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a store credit amount for all returns. 

IMPORTANT: Please be aware you'll have to cover the cost of your returns and exchanges - we offer a ring size guide in our top menu to avoid any sizing issues.

We accept returns up to 60 days from order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will send you a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nevesse.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are unable to refund your item if you damage it overtime or lose your item. We uphold that our items are tarnish-resistant although can be damaged if worn in salt water, chemicals, chlorinated water, or scratched in anyway.
