How long will my package take to ship to me?

Your order will be processed and packed as soon as possible! We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible and typically take 2-3 days to process your order. Please note during delays orders can take up to 5 business days for processing.

Standard shipping within Australia is roughly 2-8 business days. Express shipping within Australia is roughly 1-4 business days.

You order will have a tracking number attached, this way you are able to see where your package is and estimate the arrival time.

 

Do you ship outside fo Australia?

We ship to locally to Australia, and worldwide.

 

Can you wear your jewellery in the ocean, do they tarnish?

Our items are tarnish-resistant meaning they wont turn your fingers green or turn grey. Gold plating rubbing naturally occurs with wear and tear, and is not considered a manufacturing fault. Although, to ensure your items maintain their highest quality it is best to wash them washed with fresh water and keep them dry. Avoid taking them in the ocean, chlorine pools and out of the way of perfumes as prolonged exposure to chemicals can decay their quality, and gold plating. 

With your order you will be provided a pouch to store your jewellery in to avoid any damage which also doubles as a polishing cloth! 

 

 

What is your returns process?

We have a 60 days return process for store credits and exchanges if you have any issues with our items. Please be aware you'll have to cover the cost of shipping your returns. We have a ring sizing guide in the top menu you can print out to avoid any sizing issues! Visit our returns page in the menu to lodge a return.

CARE

Our products are tarnish-resistant and made to be worn. You can wear our items in the shower and use them with most basic soaps. Although, to maintain the overall quality of the pieces it is best to avoid wear when swimming in chlorine pools, salt water, cleaning with household chemicals, and direct contact with perfumes.

To avoid scratching and damage on your items we provide a soft, suede pouch that you can store your items in when not being worn. These pouches can also be used to help polish and clean oils and dirt from your pieces.

DELIVERY

We offer standard shipping and express shipping, continue to checkout to see cost for your specific location. 

For orders over $200 you'll automatically recieve free standard shipping. Australia-wide only. 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day returns policy. All our items can be returned for store credits if change of mind. We also offer exchanges for sizing. To avoid the extra costs involved with ring exchanges you can print our ring sizing guide below.
